Well, right off the bat, my first reaction is: too many colors. Looks like a bad copy of a WinXP site. From a design point of view, you should try to use no more than three colors on your site. You make a point of mentioning "crisp graphics", but nothing on your home page seems to be crisp.

I have to admit, I am not a fan of justified text. It throws some really weird looking spaces into the paragraphs and makes it very uncomfortable to read.

It is kind of disorientating the way the menu disappears when you click on a link. It took a second to realize that I was seeing the same page, just different sections.

I would also lose the page transistion. Not many people care for that sort of thing anymore.

I hope some of this helps.

Good luck!

Your header graphic needs to be half gif/half jpeg to stop the distortion. I agree its not very crisp.

The site is a little overwhelming on the eye with all the colour and the transitions are unecessary.

As a web designer your site needs to show prefessionalsm through consistency and good design techniques - yours is very nearly there but it still needs a few tweaks.

For example where you have different coloured text in one sentence I would expect it to be a link but its not - it confuses me and doesnt invite me in to read further.

Also the right hand boxes don't have consistent white margins, they move a little on each page.

Its a nice site with a lot of useful information on your services it just needs finishing in a couple places (imho)
