Your site's homepage didn't immediately grab me, I'm afraid.. it looks very much like a template layout... perfectly functional, but not particularly inspiring.
I think my main gripe was that you seem to miss the opportunity to inform the visitor what it is exactly that you do.. how can they benefit from your service.. these are two fundamentals that need to be addressed right from the word GO!
Your company mission statement contains some admirable sentiments, even though it took an age to digest; my initial impression was that the acronym used was actually a scientific formula or equation! You need to take care when using a graphic or indeed any typographic device to communicate an important message to your readers.
The site navigation appeared consistent throughout the site. One strange thing I noticed, was that your homepage seemed a lot wider than the remainder of the site, producing a horizontal scrollbar at 800 x 600 resolution - very odd!
As far as your site's meta tags go.. I think the company name should certainly be contained within the title tag. And on that subject, what exactly is the company name? is it The Logistics Society OR Total Logistics Solutions, Inc?
I also thought some of your keywords were way too general, eg. cost, pack, etc. You need to have a clear idea of your prime keywords and phrases... total, solutions, are listed separately... this would be far better used as "total solutions". I notice you do have "total logistic solutions" which is a lot more on the money!! ;-)
The site's image ALT tags are noticeable by their absence.. these need to be filled with image descriptions containing keywords wherever possible.
Lastly, I would remove the sidebar link which features the phrase "This Place Sucks" .. I'd try to find an alternative wording for this.. as any negative comment associated with your site will only do harm.
