This is my 1st attempt at web design.

I'm no artist really, espescially compared with some of the sites i've already seen.

I've learned some of the basics in order to link other websites i have, through my business, in to one page.

I think i need some form of guidance now.

I say good start! I do have a question or two...

1. It is apparent that you are an Herbalife distributor...but, other than emailing you, how do I get in touch if I want more information about the product you're selling?

2. I visited every link on the home page and was still unclear as to the purpose of the site. What are you trying to achieve/communicate via the site?

Perhaps answering these questions would be a start to further developing the site. Best of luck to you!!

Good start. layout is quite clean. Though a couple of comments,
I'd Drop the marquee doesn't seem to fit somehow to me. Also as Leisa says you need to be a bit more specific as to what you are about though I did see a mission aim in your Sports link. This really needs to be some where in your first page.
not sure on your main body FRAME feel that it's a bit small or one sided ..not sure but maybe if it was centered?

I like the colors though the title seems out of context to the rest of the site design. would suggets a simple gif with a plain text written header, feel that would suit your template,

better than my first try though I must say....
