I think you've got a very colorful site there.
I think the colors you're using for your navigation and logo go well together, but I'm not so sure about that particular shade of purple. Personally, I think it clashes just a bit.
I really like the overall look of your logo, too, though at a glance it doesn't really tell me anything about the company. That could be important for letterhead usage. Just a thought. ;)
You may want to consider shrinking the logo and navigation bar just a little. They seem awfully large to me, and I'm viewing at 1024x762.
A couple of comments on consistency and descriptions regarding your product pages.
You've got several different font sizes on the full-description pages for your product line. It would look better if all the text was the same size. I'm also wondering why you decided to change fonts suddenly on those pages. It just seems a bit out of place with the rest of your site.
Also, on the initial product offering page, you give extremely brief descriptions of your products. Unfortunately, I think the descriptions are a bit too brief in some instances.
For example, for
The Book of Lulu you have:
Quote:
|
An enchanting story and exquisite graphics combined to make the best Interactive fiction you have ever seen.
|
It might be more intriguing to add another sentence describing the story a tiny bit. Something like this:
Quote:
|
Fantasy and science fiction meet in this charming story about a pampered but lonely 10-year-old princess who meets a cold, gloomy robot searching for warmth to brighten his home planet.
|
A second sentence telling a little bit about each story would encourage visitors to click on the link to learn more.
With
ScruTiny in the Great Round, even after reading the long description, I'm still a little confused as to what's on the CDROM, other than art. Is there some kind of a game involved here? Or is it a way of combining different images together to create new ones? I'm really not sure what it's all about.
You've got some intriguing items on your site that look like a lot of fun. It's a nice change from some of the video games on the market - particularly the more violent ones! Best of luck to you in promoting and selling them!
HTH!
