Default www.REindex.com Real Estate site

I own a real estate company and got tired of having to pay lot of money to get my link anywhere. So I decided to make a site where every real estate company I can find gets a free listing. So far I am perfecting New England. My goal is to cover the US (pretty grandiose I know) but in the mean time, I can serve New england pretty well.

your site is too bland... you need a logo and a good title...
your font size is too big... try using 10pt. the size you are using is overwhelming, especially viewing at 800X 600...
your meta tags need some work... your description should only be 14 words (max) and your keywords should be 48 words max.. you are using too many and many of your keywords are not on your index page.. keywords should match the content of each page.
you should create a navigation structure on the side or on the top of the page that is consistent throughout the site ... (in addition to the bottom).. rather than having the links where they are.

Default Flame Design

Your site has a lot of text content but is in desparate need of visual elements. Without graphic elements, proper layout, and/or photos, you will find that few people will bother to stick around.
Your starting place is the logo. I cannot emphasize the importance of this enough. This is the face of your business - the logo IS your business,in visual format. By not having a logo you are suggesting that your business is not worthy of being represented visually. I am sure this is not the case. Your logo also provides many other important roles:
-It builds instant credibility (if designed properly)
-It helps people remember your name and website.
-It acts as the visual cornerstone of your website
-It explains who you are and what you do, instantly.

Consider the following website tips:
-Decrease the horizontal length of your text
-Add an additional color to your palette (Other than green/brown)
-Consider a navigation bar at the top or side of your website

I hope this helps,

Regards,

Grease
