First off, I get a side-to-side scrollbar on my 1024 wide screen. Looking at your code:

<TABLE CELLPADDING=0 CELLSPACING=0 BORDER=0 WIDTH=1382 NOF=LY>

Your table width is 1382 pixels! Set widths for a minimum of 750 or 760 pixels wide for visitors who are using 800 x 600 resolutions.

There's too much going on with your design - you've got two different navigation boxes, different font styles and blocks of various colors but none of it blends together as a design scheme.

In order to instill trust that you're a reliable company to buy vitamins from, you need to present your business in a professional manner. Your online presence might be the only one someone sees and they are going to base everything about you on their first impression.

Default Hi

I had a look at your code and it is packed with useless bumf. I'm sure you could do away with half of it and bring your copy much further up the document. Also I would suggest using an external style sheet CSS, you have a hell of a lot of font tags through out the page.
Your conact details on the left could be placed into a table to bring it all closer together and I reckone you should pull all of you content up tighter together, it seems a little like it is falling apart towards the bottom of the page.

These comments may sound a little harsh but they are very easy to implement and will make a lot of difference.
Good Luck
Dean

Not harsh at all Dean. It's exactly what I need to hear. Thanks.
