I have a unique challenge and need feedback. one of my business products is a "packaged" grief comfort kit. I am able to offer anyone the opportunity to (distribute) this product in addition to directing them to a funding source for financing.(See the Business Opportunity). I have described this opportunity on this website page. It is not the main focus of my site and I am concerned that it might offend the visitor. Question: Should I remove the Business Opportunity page? OR any suggestions on how I might improve on the way I present the content? OR Am I overly concerned about the issue. Thanks for any input.[/quote]

Hi,
I like your website! In my opinion, you're providing an excellent service and are also well aware of your your type of business. To answer your question(s). Should I remove the Business Opportunity page? OR any suggestions on how I might improve on the way I present the content? OR Am I overly concerned about the issue. You might consider KEEPING the page, but MOVING the link somewhere else. Perhaps, in your "About Us" section. You're in a difficult position no doubt. But you're in a business, and a good service at that. You could consider alternative marketing/promotional strategies to let people know about your Reseller Opportunity. Hope that helps. I'd be interested in what others think. Jonny www.broadfax.com |

I too feel after visiting your site that you have created, this is a very needed site in cyberspace and I am proud to have had the chance to view it personally.
As far as the business opportunity, yes, I do agree that maybe it would be best placed in the about us area also. I don't think I would remove it completely if it were I, but yes, moving seems logical. Keep up the great work, and thank you for showing humanity on the net. It is refreshing.

While there is a difinite need for materials to educate and guide people through grief I just don't think the boxed grief recovery set shows much sensitivity. The picture sort of reminds me of the med kit at work. It is far fecthed to think there is a boxed solution to greif resulting from the loss of a loved one. Maybe you could market it as a stress relief kit. Ok now on to the site itself. If you insist on using frames (something that really bugs me) at least center your content It is not diffulcult to put a little script in to check the res of the viewer and then center the content and it helps balance the page out. When I view it at my resolution (1024X768) it appears as a page with a scroll bar smack in the middle. Not attractive. And if you really want to offer more to grief victims then merely trying to sell them a kit then put a public forum or chat on the site where people suffering grief can talk to each other about it. which ,by the way , is the only real way to dael with grief love and support from those who care and talking with others helps people to feel less isolated in the situation. Anyway goodluck on your site.

Thank you all for the input. I will move the information as suggested. I am far from an expert at site development and will research how to add the message or chat idea. The suggestion of renaming the comfort kit (removing grief recovery) is also appreciated. I recognize there are as many ways of moving through grief as there are people involved in the process. My hope is to provide resources to reach and help as many people as possible in a variety of ways.
Specific to the structure of the web site, the software I am using (Network Solutions)only allows "frames". I can only put information where allowed. Thanks again for all the valuable information.
