This is a first time post for me. I am looking for ways to improve my site.
I also would like any ideas on how to improve traffic without a big price tag.

Firstly, I would center the site content. I've made the mistake of leaving my site's alignment all the way left, and it can be a bit offputting.

Secondly, the dark gray color is a but overwhelming. Try shifting to a dark background color with a light content area. Most pages have black lettering on white for a reason.

Readjust everything to fit at 800x600. At least 30% of the users on my sites are still at that screen size. Also, your header graphic is only 600 pixels wide, so the top of the site looks askew. (Looks like it's your linksynergy links causing it to break, BTW)
