Thanks in advance for any sugesstions. I am having trouble it seems getting the pages to line up correctly when different screen resolutions are used (?). I am a self taught amature looking for any and all helpfull critisisms.

To start with, it looks like you've got the page set up to display properly in 1024x768 by default. On the site's I run, this would leave approximately 43% of my visitors stuck in a scrolling window. I'd work with 800x600 in mind for most people. (keep elements 750 to 779 pixels wide)

You might try reducing the font size as well. A font size of 2 (10pt) is usually acceptable.

You'll also want to add text links to all areas of the site. Never rely 100% that your user will have Flash installed.
