Default Review of complete overhaul please

well I asked for a site review and got heckled because I did not have a portfolio. While sorting one out it occured to me that my site could better reflect what we do and at what level so I completely redid it again...

I need to finish adding a few pages which you may notice because we started offering hosting etc..

in addition blog integration and full art gallery of my photography and clients work with seo friendly shopping cart is getting installed as we speak as well.

hence any one note any problems with useablity, design, or things of that nature. Anything look broken seo wise. I have added loads of things in the last day and completely changed direction so its hard to look at it objectively. Site should be liquid as well.

thanks much

The first thing I see is too much going on with one site. The website design and seo work ok together but not sure how the art reproduction comes in.

Would it be better to have that on another site?

If I only looked at your pictures I would have thought you were in the lawn business. Maybe some different pictures.

As a matter of fact I would change the whole header to get away from the landscape look.

I also see now that we have links to computer repaire as well.

I would put that on another site as well.

I tried to go back home and went to a different page.

But the site is not bad looking I would play with the graphics a little more though

hmm if anything I don't note the site lacks proper focus from a useability or branding standpoint. I thinks its quite obvious actually as to what we do.

I don't think splitting my niche design and consultation firm into 4 companies would be adviseable either as its hard enough to keep up as it is.

that said thank you for the remarks, certainly caused me to stop and think for a moment. Added a sentence to first paragraph...
I get too much work from all keyphrases of which I am after about 13 not 2 and typically ranked first on msn and yahoo.. google increasingly better generally page one as I am engaged in link related matters finally. :)

The reason I said it was better to break the site up is because for example, I did not know you did computer repaire until I had been on the site for a couple minutes.

When you said you were after 13 not 2 key phrases, did I say something about you being only after 2?

What are the 13 your after?

We have found that it takes 1,000īs of different key phrases to get a good amount of traffic.

I agree with janeth, the graphics give off the wrong first impression of what you do. I would've thought I stumbled across a landscape site if I didn't delve further into the text.

Wow. "This Page Is Valid XHTML 1.1!". Good start.

You know that the XML "prologue"
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
sends IE 6 into quirks mode? Ok.

Nice code, really. I am quite impressed. May I suggest to add TITLE to HREF and IMG?

A+ for the code!

However, overall file size of the home page is 197228 KB, which is quite hefty.

You might check the caching information provided by your server:

A last idea: Why use Google for on-site search? It will look more professional if you use your own search program. Try perlfect search or something like that.
