Default Site Review

I have a site (www.BodySmart.biz) header setup like this:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<HTML><HEAD>
<meta name="GENERATOR" content="Microsoft FrontPage 4.0">
<meta name="ProgId" content="FrontPage.Editor.Document">
<title>AAA Source for All Your Fitness Needs</title>
<meta name="description" content="We carry all kinds of Fitness Products such as Fitness, Fitnesswear, martial arts, boxing, swimming, cycling, walking, table tennis, tabletennis, tricep, classifieds, ab hangers, ab straps, abstraps, waisttrimmers, abhangers, swimming plugs, swim wear, hooks, ropes, mesh gloves, spandex gloves, leather gloves, aerobics wear, aerobicswear, punch bags, boxing guards, boxingwear, guards, deadlift, wristwraps, kneewraps, straps, vitamins, weightloss, herbs, Backsupport belts, belts, sportswear, fitness wear, Workout gloves, Gloves, Belts, Workoutwear, Workout wear, exercise, excercise, Exercise wear, sports wear, Exercisewear, Lycrawear, Excercise Gloves, Excercise Belts, Workout belts,Workout Accessories, Work out Accessories, Fitness Accessories, machines, vitamins, fitness machines, workout machines, work out machines, benches, free weights, weights, light weights, supplements, vitamin, dumbells, dumbell, rag tops, baggy pants, boxing">
<meta name="keywords" content="A & D 10,
ab hanger,
ab hangers,
ab straps,
abhanger,
abhangers,
AB-HANGERS,
abs trap,
abstrap,
ab-strap,
abstraps,

on and on...

My questions are;

1...Should I have smaller meta name="description" and keep meta name="keywords" with healthy number of keywords?

2...Is it OK to have keywords like this each keyword on one line or in a paragraph?

3...I have whole bunch of keywords at the bottom...is that ok to have? (All of the keywords repeated there) Pls see site.

4...Is it OK to create more pages (all with the same keywords) on our server and have links to this site ?

I would appreciate feedback...thnx

Wow! Your description is way to long... and the keywords... I'm afraid to ask.

This is a good rule of thumb to follow:

Page Title: 60 characters
Description: 200 characters
Keywords: 12 - 15 words or phrases (character max. 1000)

Every page should be optimized for a hand full of keywords.

I doubt the engines would even look past the guidelines above...

And you definitly don't want to be charged with spamming, although it looks like the keywords are all different... just to many.

Do some keyword research and try and target niche keywords or phrases that you have a chance to compete for.

I would keep the keywords in a line... why wouldn't you?

It sounds like your trying to Spam the SEs with keywords on your website (although I couldn't find them...) That's not a good idea.

No.

Good Luck!

mlevenhagen is correct, everything you are doing is considered spamming and keyword stuffing. These techniques will only show negative results with the search engines.

In regard to your design, the purple text on red is painful to read. Consider changing that since it is not user-friendly.
