Default Review request of my site

Hey all, I only pretend to be a webmaster. One thing I learned early on is to get feed back from experts as this has helped me to iron out any problems not to mention helped me out with some proof reading etc. I would like to offer my site up on the chopping block with the knowledge that I will be getting constructive critisism in return. So, I Gladly welcome all comments. Please visit http://www.totalinternetadvertising.com and while you are there, I do have a forum up, needs tons of work yet, but I am looking for some experts to become a part of the community. Please consider signing up.
Thanks ahead of time for your comments.

The first impression I get from the site is that it's very "dated". Your logo is too hard to read - try a different font and use a different style other than that metallic embossing. For your body text, try using a sans serif font for a cleaner look so it's easier to read. Add some interest to your layout by breaking up your columns with some background color.

I'd recommend one navigation bar, not two; the way you have it now is too confusing.

All of your META tags contain way too many characters - this can be viewed as keyword stuffing and will return negative results in regard to indexing.

Good luck with your online venture!

Tony_V~
I viewed your site using Firefox and IE - what a difference! In Firefox, the java applet doesn't load, and the top navigation is resting on the green line.
If you're not concerned about firefox browsers, than disregard the first comment.

If you want to get found on the internet through your keywords, I would swap the keywords in your title tag so that the "SEO, Advertising, Web Design, Web Promotion, Ecommerce Solutions" come first. If you are looking to build up your brand name, keep the title as is.

add a robots.txt file
add a 404 error handling page
add a sitemap

Good Luck!

the two main things I would change would be the text it looks naff and the colour scheme does not seem right
The website has a bit of an old american feel
