Rating & Feedback Forum?

Hi,

I am currently running the phpbb forum script on my website. However, I'd like to offer members the chance to make trades with other members as well as
sell or buy trading cards. After a transaction is made between both parties, each party leaves a rating and
feedback for their transaction. This is shorta like eBay, but instead forum style.

Does anyone know of a forum script that already has this feature? Or where I can get one? I am also willing to trade for a mod(hack) of this nature to place on my phpbb forums. My website has an excellent page rank and
listed very well on msn, yahoo and google.
