I launched these two sites a little over a year ago. I'm interested in what other think. I see them daily and probably overlook problems that are obvious to other web developers. Should I improve, leave alone or redesign.

Default About You
One thing that you are missing is an "About Us" page linked to your home page. That will give you a way to differentiate your site from your products, which are available elsewhere, and will raise your customer's level of awareness about your company.
