I really like the amount of information that you've included about the various products. The look is clean, and I like the animated graphics as part of the page so you can scroll down if you don't want to watch it all. Was pretty fast on my DSL.

I'd change the drop down menu colors at the top. Its difficult to read the drop down menus because there's not enough contrast between the colors. I'd also change the yellow on teal in the product comparisons. Those two particular colors vibrate.

Overall, very impressive!

Billi,

Have you checked your website using: FireFox and Opera as browsers?

Your menu pulldowns are hidden behind the Flash.

some quick comments on optimization (as i assume since you are selling products you would like high rankings)

1-it seems like you did not give your keywords much thought-you picked very generic terms and not phrases per how someone would search for what you sell.

2-get rid of the CSS on the page and set up a separate script page. all that you have at the moment is a whole lot of font, etc. spaghetti for the robots to read before they get to your copy (which should also have the well researched keywords that are in your meta tags and alt and title tags for your images)

3-as you go down the page your copy with keywords is hidden amongst the muck and mire of more scripting spaghetti-as a result your keyword density on the page is diluted to near nothing.-put it on a seperate script page and use divs and not tables.-they take up less space in the source code.

4-your image info in the source code should be at the bottom of your source code with copy as near the top as possible.

p.s. the site looks pretty though.

Hi All,

Thanks a lot for your quicker response and feedback.

Yes davebarnes, you are right. The menue pulldowns are hidden behind the Flash, Thanks for informing.

MktgPro, Please have a look at the menue color of our UK e-shop www.snazzishop.co.uk, its slightly changed so please give your comments on this. Are you pointing towards the yellow color of logo on the Box?

Please also give your comments on Flash animation delay time as Pktgpro pointed towards its fast spees.

We are also working on key word optimization and you will also see improvement in that area.

Please also give your thoughts on the mkt aspects that what other things are needed to include in the site for increasing conversion rates.

A quick look seems to indicate you have no way to actually purchase from the web site.

Is there a "shopping cart" function that I am missing?

It appears you want buyers to email you if they want to buy.

I should think you would get more sales with a secure shopping cart/checkout system.

Hi
yes, there is a shopping cart enabled at our site and customers can purchase online with their credit card. Please click on Read More button in front of all the products at www.snazzishop.com and then there will be an option of Add to Cart which will take you to the shopping cart.

Hi,

1 - I see your logo doesn't link to your homepage, many people tend to click on the logo to return to your homepage.
2 - The flash is ok, why not offer the possibility to click on your products directly from the flash animation?
3 - I think the products featured on the right of your homepage, and the description titles should be all clickable, not only the "latest"
4 - From my point of view some pages are way too long.
5 - The shopping cart should be more visible, If I "continue shopping", where's the rest of my purchase?

Hope this helps, good luck with this project.

Alfredo

I added a product to my cart and then continued shopping your site. When I was done, I didn't know how to get to my shopping cart to check out. You need to add a "view cart" option on every page.\

Also viewing with Firefox so the menu was behind Flash. In Explorer, it was viewable. I feel the header on your home page is too big anyway - reduce the top heading, reduce your Flash file height and then put your dropdown menu below the Flash file. This way your menu will be viewable on ALL browsers.

Default Please review our site

Hi
Thanks again for your valuable coments.

Yes, I agree with both of you. There must be a View Cart button at every page so a customer can see the Cart while doing shopping.

The flash is ok, why not offer the possibility to click on your products directly from the flash animation?
You can see the details of the product at the end of the animation by clicking the MORE button. The objective is that user see the complete animation rather than just having a look at the first clip and pass it by clicking.

Making the description of the product clickable is a good idea and we will definitely consider to implement this.

MarcieZoob, I think by reducing the header you mean reducing the blank space above the logo i.e. SnazziShop. Your suggestion is good but please have a look at our competitive site www.pinnaclesys.com, we can also implement the menue in this manner.

Please gimme your thoughts on the delay time of animation as most of the people have high speed internet connections. Do you think adding customer testimonials will add value in the site and also suggest me that what trust building things can be included in the site.

Can anyone please guide me, how can I link our logo at homegae of www.webproworld.com to our site so visitors can see our site directly from there.

Regards

Default Looks good - here's a couple thougts.

Very nice site, very clean and professional looking. A couple thoughts...

1. You might want to use rollovers to emphasize the menu items, as well as the dropdowns.
2. To make it more consistent, I'd make the 'about' and support buttons links as well. Its confusing to have all of those buttons work as links except 2.
3. I'd reword the NOTICE right under your Flash movie. The intent is to show that your site is very secure (I assume) so I'd say that, and tell them to click for more details. That's much more positive and inviting than the big security-warning-style thing that's there now.

I like the design. Product information is open and description easy to read.
I agree with others, you could offer to buy online.

Default Again Need Your Feedback

Hi

Thanks again for your valuable coments. We are considering all of your suggestions and hopefully will implement many of them soon.

1. Yes, the customer can purchase online at the site by clicking on READ MORE button at the homepage and then he will be shown Add To Cart page. I think the problem is of understanding and many customers can skip the site with the confusion that whether they can buy online or not. So please gimme your thoughts on adding Order Online button with the READ MORE button in front of every product on the homepage.

2. Please also gimme your thoughts on replacing the text demonstartion of every product with the highlighted features in bullets at homepage. Do you think visitors will read bulletd features more rather than long textual product description at the homepage.

Your comments will be highly appreciated.

Default Very nice site - How does it load so quickly?

Clean and very professional.

But how have you done it to load so quickly?
If you go for example to http://www.snazzishop.co.uk/, the main top image weights 70kb and the site loads in 3-4 into my DSL (but I have similar weight sites and they load slower).

Are you using any cache method or any other strategy?
Congratulations and kind regards.
