You have so much information to offer but I think your site needs some serious organization. It kind of looks like you just threw everything randomly on the page. You've nearly hidden your own links in the sea of banners! I say streamline and focus YOUR offer and not all those other offers. Let people see the great information you've put together!

As Leisa said, you really need serious re-organization. A visitor will either get lost (wouldn't know where to start) or overwhelmed by the volume of information you want to offer all at one glance.

Take note also of the "tera-byte" ad at the top of the page. It's repeated twice (was it intentional?).

I looked at the source code and noticed you used frames but I didn't see the effect on the page.

The ads are cluttered at the bottom of the page, extending to as far as my scrollbars could reach to the right (it's good I'm using a very wide screen). Ideally, it's better to design the page for 800px wide screens so there's no need to scroll to the right.

First of all, you don't have a background colour set - so on a non-white browser background it appears non-white.

If I was being awkward, I could say I don't know what your site is going to do for me. It says that I can 'access all requirements of all people in one place', but what requirements are those?

The home page is very long, and when you add up all those images it must also be very large - which might put some people off.

Would I be correct in assuming English isn't your first language? It might be useful to get someone to proofread the whole thing for you and correct some of the grammar/spelling (e.g. it should be 'laboratory equipment' and not 'equipments'.

The font varies as you progress down the page.

I think part of the problem is that you are advertising so much varied material that it needs to be laid out in a more logical manner. I don't know how, but putting it all on the one page makes it a little confusing.

You have two hit counters and they each read a different number of visitors. That's odd.

Ask yourself this: why should I, or anyone else, use your site to find what I need? At the moment, there perhaps not enough reason for me/them to do so.

There are a lot of sites like this on the net, and I tend to surf away if I hit one accidentally. However, if you had a homepage that told people what you were about and how you could help them, and then had clear logical links to the various sites it would make much more sense to me.
