My first impression is that there's too much happening on the page. The flashing dots, the turkey, the marquee, the other marquee, the animated GIF, the moving frame lines, and the scrolling status bar messages.

You don't need most of that at all because it detracts from the rest of the site.

You maybe need to get someone to proofread your text - 'What is my lovers intentions' should be 'what are my lover's intentions' (or 'lovers'' if we're talking new age :))

I think maybe your navigation panel is a bit long as it forces scrolling. Can you not cut it down by thinking about the links?

I didn't look beyond the first page at this stage.

It's my first time to see the site so I don't know what changes you've made so far. Here are my comments:
a) The logo needs to be improved. The word "5StarPsychicAdvice.com" isn't sharp. Check also on the grammar (per minutes should be per minute).
b) In the index page, the width of your page (or table) is 947 px. It's too wide for an 800px wide screen (which is being used by the majority). If you want the page to automatically adjust to the screen settings of the browser, it's much better to set the width of the table to 100%, or better still - make it 780px to make it easily viewed by all users.
c) When I clicked on one of the links (at the left), the page has no link back to the home page (so I have no recourse but to click the back button - which is not a good practice).
d) I'm just curious why you placed the "top psychic searches" keywords. If I've found your page alright, I don't see a need for this, unless you want to place a direct link to a related site (which is much better).
e) I don't know what the animated turkey is doing there (it has no relevance to the site at all).
