First.. your site is entirely too large... I viewed it at 800X600 resolution and about 1/2 of the page appeared... you cannot design a site for a resolution of 1024x768... most people are still veiwing at 800X600 - those people will be the majority of your visitors and they won't stay very long if they have to scroll sideways to read your site...
get rid of all the animations.... they don't offer anything positive to your site...
your title is too amateurish... It looks like something someone would put on a personal site and only because they are new to designing and they want to try all the cute little tricks of HTML...
Also, get off the free site... those banners above your title do nothing for your credibility... there are many sites that are cheap...
I did not go beyond your home page, so I can't comment of them...or even your links...
