Without really knowing what kind of business this site is for, I would say the layout is fine. It's not too exciting but I expect some real content will spruce it up a bit.
One thing I would suggest (and I did this myself a LOT when I first started as a web designer) is to center your page on the screen. Why? Because there are so many designs out there - autostretch, 1024x768, and other 800x600 that are centered - that people first look to the center of the screen when the page loads. If you had a solid background it would be less obvious, but your main page is what I call a "tablet." In other words, all of the actual contents are laid out on a white background. I hope this makes sense to you and I haven't confused you... :) But I thought I would point it out because I've actually had clients say "Why isn't my website centered on the screen?"

The layout is professional, and I think the content flows well.

I do have to second dirtcheapwebdesigns, without having some actual content on the site, it's difficult to accurately judge whether the site and the content merge well, but from what I see, I like it.
