A few comments

1) The menu could use mouse overs on the items especially since the link is the entire width of the menu. When you are over some open gray area you don't know which menu item you are on.

2) The 'New' graphic for the menu is a nice touch but I think it would be better directly next to the item versus having it slanted over the corner of it. Best example is the Diva By Pizzazz link, with the menu item above it so much shorter, I wasn't sure if the New applied to it(since its more in that row then the one below it) or if it applied to the link underneath of it.

3) Speaking of menus, the top menu is great and not enough sites do it, but here just like the left menu, I think a mouse over would really enhance them. Especially since your normal links have mouse overs, consistency is key.

4) Since we are on the topic of consistency, I think you really should change shopping pages to have the same left menu as the rest of the site. It is a very nice looking menu and I don't understand why you would take it away and replace it with plain text links. It also means you lose the Suggestion, Tell A Friend, Gift Certificate and other links to crucial sections of the site, that if someone comes via search engine or link to one of the shopping pages, they don't get to see at all.

5) Great job on the Customer Service page, I wish more sites had it laid out as well as you do.

6) Some of your pages don't have proper headings or titles. On Customer Service you have a nice bolded title that says "Customer Service" but on Gift Certicates for examples their is no header or title that lets me know what page I am on. I think this goes back to the consistency aspect of the site, its important that people always know where they are and how to get someplace else. This means always having clear, noticeable page titles and consistent menus so that you don't have to go back to another page just to find a menu to jump to another section.

Hope some of these help, if you need clarification on anything just let me know.

The site looks good overall. The animated gif on the top looks pretty rough. It looks like you knocked the colors down too much. If you can go back to your original save it at 256 colors, or slightly less. Compare the download time and quality difference. I'd rather have a slightly longer download time and have it look good.

On the =>Clearance Candles I wondered why the same photo was repeated. Then I noticed the Diamond Votive Holder, etc. were sold seperate but multiple items were pictured. May be confusing to some.

Default Review Thanks

I wanted to say thank you to rivux, Mac 5 and netcastles for taking the time to review the site. We will definitley take your comments and try to make the improvements you suggested where we can. I would especially like to thank rivux for being the first to review and taking the time to detail out such constructive comments.

I enjoyed visiting the sites of Mac 5 and netcastles and will refer your sites to others who may be in need of your services.

By the way, I loved the about us page on the Netcastles site. It was a wonderful way to reach your visitors and help them get to know a little about you. Very different and in line with your site, which I liked. What an awesome thing you are doing. Best of luck.
