Nice domain name, shame about the frames.

SEs pick up only this:

from you whole site content.

The top header text is very plain - I'd use your pencil logo there.

The menu graphics should be gifs for the text - to stop the jpeg speckling effect (you'll need to slice and use jpegs for the fade).

I don't see the point of using different framesets for the home page and rest of the site - that kills the only reason for using frames!

Otherwise it presents your product well, clearly and succinctly.
