The site is nice and clean. Perhaps stress the concert experience and buying the ablum. Do these guy just stand and sing, or are you really missing something if you haven't seen them perform?

Experiment with membership or members only section. Stress the advantages of being a member -- make it so membership has advantages fans want.

Bands are making money by doing a variety of things with their web. You'd never know that from band sites.

We've been wanting to included MP3s both for sale and for free, we'll pursue this soon.

I think on how I can add either reviews of live dates. Maybe a mini message board or two specifically for live dates.
