HELP ME on my SITE

Hello,
I recently created a webpage for a business I just enetered. I really have no clue what I am doing, but I put a few things together to achieve this. I need some help on what I should do to create an attractive yet simple website. And I need to know the program that people create websites because I don't have Microsoft Publisher. If anyone could assist me I would highly appreciate it. I don't mind if you are too harsh, becuase I need all the help I can get. Thank you
