I don't know what your site looked like before, so I can't make a comparison. All I can do is tell you what I see now.

Your layout and basic design, colors, etc. look pretty good.

But I'd consider changing the name of your site and your logo.

The name doesn't tell me anything about your product line. I would never have guessed that you were selling pharmaceuticals on your site.

Your logo is just a little bit too "fun" for a site selling prescription drugs. It's rather ragged around the edges, and the "goo-goo" eyes really don't seem appropriate at all.

Also, you've got a link to online games at the top of your site. Again, another thing that takes away from the professional look of the site.

You've got a pretty-fast load time on your products pages, and a really nice look to them. I think if you can remove/replace the less-than-professional parts of your site, you'll be in really good shape -- even if you leave the name the way it is. ;)

I'm afraid I don't quite 'get' your site.
Are you an online pharmacy ? and do you ship the products yourself ?

The reason why I ask, is if you are a pharmacy, you may want to consider removing some, if not all those banner and affiliate links.
1. You're telling people to go elsewhere and wouldn't you prefer to have people buy from you ? -more profit perhaps.
2. Also, by having all those affiliate links, you're telling people that you need that income to survive, which means you may be financially instable. People will be wary about doing business with a company that is not fiscally sound.

The header is a little too busy.
It took me a little while to figure out what your site does.
On the frontpage, I thnk you should more clearly define what it is you do and how you can help the visitor.

Something is wrong with the image at the top. The letter "y" is missing in the word "Pharmacy". And also "n" in the word "consultation".

The logo needs to be improved as well. There's no way anybody would think that the two tablets between the two E's are "D" and "G".

Also, try using variations in the font sizes, e.g. use all caps for the sub-titles (and slightly bigger), normal fonts instead of bold fonts (maybe making the letters bold only during rollovers), etc.
