FYI, I went to apply for a reciprocal link to my site, http://www.havingmyownwebsite.net/forfun.htm, and got the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: submiturl() in D:\WWWRoot\killsometime.com\www\SubmitURL.php on line 36


Regarding the design, may I suggest just one sentence at the top of the home page to explain the purpose of the site to people coming for the first time? Also, why limit to 800 X 600? Most people these days have bigger displays. You could easily have a relative size (table width=90%) instead of cramping in the page.
