The site in my signature has a PR of 5, so I'll throw some ideas at you.

CONTENT CONTENT CONTENT...

-Create/add some articles (reprint articles)
-Create an archive to your newsletters that the search engines can spider
-Add some RSS site feeds
-Start a blog with the latest health information
-Create a link exchange directory. The more people linking to you the better ...as long as they are not link farms or other junk sites.

Nice looking site by the way. It's simple, yet it appeals to the eye. Plus, I like how you have a link to the guarantee where it is easy to find.
