I think the fluorescent green background does not work well. It detracts from a professional look, and it quickly tires the eye. Plain white would be fresher, crisper and more professional. You can then add color in other ways. The dark green works well in your top bar for instance, and your headings could be dark green...
I think you should work on editing the text quite a bit on most of your pages. People don't like to read a lot on-line, and in general, you're less likely to get people to read at all if they see a large block of type. Your type is also unevenly spaced in many places. Try not to have sentences end with one word alone on a line (they're called widows). Lastly, on type considerations, limit your bolding to titles or pull-outs--use them to separate the most important elements. For instance, I get a little confused by:
Dr. Robert Saltzman, Ph.D.
Counseling Therapy
Psychotherapy Services
Todos Santos, Cabo, La Paz,
Baja California
Since it is all bold, I wonder if the name of your business is "Dr. Robert Saltzman, Ph.D. Counseling Therapy Psychotherapy Services ..." If not, it seems you might want to just bold your name. The locations could be in a much smaller size. And you don't need to put it at the top AND bottom of every page.
Lastly, It's a bit of a pain that every link opens a new and separate page. The viewer ends up with several boxes piled atop each other that they then have to close.
