I think you should do something different with the animated gif at the top left of the page. It is moving way too fast for me. I like the way you implimented your colors on the pages. Only problem I see is that the white link text in the middle section "More..." is kind of difficult to see. Maybe bold or change the color.

Just a thought or two, you have a great Google PR so you must be doing something right.
