Wow, I had to put on my reading glasses to navigate your web site! The font for your navigation is a bit small, plus the bold white text on that blue background is hard to read, especially that small.

For SEO, you need to increase your keyword relevancy by adding text to your home page and working on all of your tags (ALT, META).

It looks like you have lot's of product. I was unable to read the last word under the front page toys. It was blurry. I also agree that the white on blue is hard to read. sub catagories might help in readability.

With that said.....it is November 9th and there is no time to revamp the site. Web orders need to be in in the next 20 days to make it under the tree. Get your wallet out and get over to google and overture and buy every word you can think of and drive them specifically to the page that has has the search term. It's time to sell.
