You really don't need the flash introduction. When it first come out it was cool, but recent study show that 80% of people that go to a site that has a intro leave without visiting. It seems like your site is geared towards "kids party." Most of the people that will come to your site and spend time there will be mothers. Your site is simple html with no css to make the font crisp etc. Your site need to be attractive to keep these mothers at yor site. You need to have a privacy, terms of use, etc. I suggest a complete redesign with a flash head w/ randomize party pictures and kids singing party songs. You can find great temple on templatemonster or post a project at www.projectgig.com. let me know if my review was helpful.

When designing a site, we all seem to forget one BIG question: Who are we building the site for? Remember that you are trying to satisfy the needs and wants of thousands of people that may visit your site. Design the site for them, and disregard your likes. Your likes should be focus on the services that your company can introduce to the market. Ask people with kids in the park about what would they look for in a site like yours. Evaluate their ideas and build your site around that.

What do I mean about crisp font? Look at all the fonts on webproworld, you know, this site. See how they are nice and smooth? That's using style sheet (CSS) to the max!

I believe you dont need that splash pages and flash...

You just need to focus on what is the purposes of your site..
Put some easy navigation on there and keep you visitor easy to track your links. And put it at well position.

I do agree that u dun need to have a flash as intro.

Firstly, it goes a bit slow and ppl gotta have enough patient to wait for it. Although it looks nice.

If your site is for "kid pary", it should be more colourful now I feel it is very neat to make the background as white , but I feel it is also lacking og charm. Kid party should be very colourful, right?? Not too empty??

Just my opinion.

Default Layout is King

I agree with most of the comments so far.

The font choices are really scattered - pick a style and use comperably fonts.

The layout is also off - things are all over the page, not centered properly and the page lacks balance. Disorganized is the message it sends out - not likely to be my first choice for a party coordinator.

The nav bar is not easily recognizable and looks unfinished.

Now, who is your market? My guess is busy, professional women who have 5 minutes during their lunch break to do a search. Think about what they need to know - packages, price, lead time, location! I went all over your site to find out where you were located - California, Timbuctoo, Toronto? Hmm, 905 area code but that doesn't tell me much and I don't have time to pull out a telephone book and look it up. That needs to be upfront so people know immediately whether or not they can use your services.
