Default just need some help with my nav bar

i recently found out that some links dont pass on page rank and other benefits. I use a wysiwyg editor to write my html since im not very proficient in it. Could someone please take a look at the page http://pebblez.com/decorative-wall-clocks.html
to let me know if the nav bar im using on that page creates normal links, or if it is some form of php that doesnt pass along pr. Maybe i should just switch to regular text links for my nav bar so that i could also get anchor text?
Thank you in advance for any help you can provide, and of course, any other design suggestions are very welcome

You should, no matter what kind of links you use for your navigation structure, have additional text links on the bottom of every page... this way, your visitor does not have to scroll back up to navigate your site.....

Even though you only asked about your nav bar, I would like to make a few comments...

your site is entirely too large for viewing in 800x600.... if a visitor has to scroll sideways to see your entire site, you've just lost him/her.

you nav structure should ideally be on the left... since most English speaking people read left to right, it is the logical placement... and it is what most people are accustomed to.
