Peer Review
Alicia,
The first thing I notice on the front page is the placement of the images in the left column. I'd removing that element. That would then give you more room for your content and people don't have to scroll to read a long thin column of information. Additionally, your font size is way too small. Imagine reading that information on a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher. People won't be able to read it.
Another element of major concern is the color of the text against a similar color. For example, on the front page, you're using grey text on a grery background. Individuals with color difficienties will have trouble because the text is not of a significant contrast with the background. The product page have the same problem with the blues in the left column and the blue links. Blue links are fine in the body of the content if there exists enough contrast. Links on the left, right, bottom, or top are typically expected and do not need to be blue as a rule of thumb.
All images require ALT attributes which describe the image. This helps in two ways. First, individuals with vision problems using screen readers will be able to understand the value of the image. Second, if properly developed the images can cause a creation of keywords. Now, you don't want to through in keywords just because you have created an extra space for them. The image needs to be described to give people an understanding of the image and the part it plays in your design. Spacer images or images of no real value require a null ALT attribute and should appear as alt="".
Your Robots tag is set to "follow". That's an incorrectly formatted Robots tag. It is telling the search engines to follow, but not telling it to index. Some SEs require the Robots tag to be properly formatted or they will ignore the page. Sometimes it's easy to forget these things, but they shoujld be remembered.
Your pages are also incorrectly formatted or coded. For example, your font sizes should be declared in your CSS when using CSS and your page should not include the deprecated FONT tag.
On your products page, you provide a reasonable description of the product. Why not provide a link to download the software from that page as well as the page about that particular product. Give your clients the opportunity to download it in as many places as possible. It will save them a click - be kind and save them time.
On the support page, I don't understand the reason for the images used in the left column. Perhaps someone on a phone would be much better. Obviously, the Statue of Liberty can't answer the phone.
I hope this helps.
