Ok:
Speed of download - Simple and quick site. Like that. (I do have a T1 line so I may not be the best to say so but it looks like it would be a fast load too.)

Colors - I little too primary and "unlawyerly". At first it definitely struck me as a pop-up "warning" me I had spyware or something.

Fonts - Good. Simple. Again, I like that. Don't think the title area needs to be so big. Goes beyond "Warning" and looks more "Buy Me."

Layout - The linked pages, you get to on the left navigator, have better layouts, more soothing colors, etc. than the home page. There is not a consistent style or layout though. I would expect to be able to continue to navigate consistently from page to page.

Text - The first problem is that the "5 Reasons" to have not go another day without a lawyer are actually 5 reasons to sign up for your services. "Number of members" is not a reason to have a lawyer for example, it's a reason to become a member of your activity.

Navigation - See comment below, it is inconsistent throoughout the site. I like the secondary pages more than the home page as I said but didn't see a link back to home even on them.

I see that "Identity Theft" goes to a different site so you might consider maintaining a frame or shared border. Not too sure. I keep hearing bad things about frames.

Anyway. That's my input!
