There is text in the same line as the search bar that is preventing the page from shrinking to fit on a 800x600 screen. Remember that you still have to consider that half of the visitors today are still using a lower screen resolution. I suggest moving the "register now - its free" to a line directly below, maybe using a
tag.

When I look at the site, I notice that the logo could use some enlargening. Rearrange the red tabs right of the logo and put them directly above the blue bar (the one with the search and login), and then put your enlarged logo above it. It will give it a better look.

Once that is finished, it will add to a great look and feel to your site. Although it already looks nice, fine-tuning makes it even better!

The Flash menu is a bit pointless - you may assume all techies have Flash player installed, but in 800 resolution it is so small to be unreadable. So you repeat another menu above it - bit odd.
An image would brighted the site...

As per suggestions from you guys I have made many changes to the site. Could you please re-visit and let me know what else can be done to make it more user friedly and look good.
