Sure, wavance, we would be more than happy to help. To start off, the site really doesn't look to bad, but the first impression I get is "boxy."

There is a lot of content, and you need to handle it. To start off, each one of those boxes that has a header could use a better one. One way is putting the text inside a table cell and changing the color of the cell. It actually makes a big difference when you look at it. Above the search box especially. By the way, why isn't it working? For a good example, check out Yahoo!, they have a similar page and they use headers for their content.

How about some more dynamic content? And while you are at it since you are a local search, go ahead and put some local weather on your site. There are many programs that you can sign up with, some of them being free, too. Almost all of those programs support international weather.

Put your logo a little lower, since you are leaving too much space in between. You have that page space hanging out for everyone to see, so use it!

ONE ANNOYING THING: GET RID OF THE NEW WINDOWS! I notice that every single link that I click on opens a new window. That will kill your traffic, since visitors hate to keep opening and closing new windows.

That's all I can think of. Get that search working!

It's all a bit casually thrown togother - I'm sure it isn't but that's how it looks. Boxes of different sizes, nothing much seems to fit together, there's no theme or consistancy, with white space where things don't quite fit...
