Please give me some feedback on the site design, colors scheme, navigation, and css implemenation.

What a great site. Looks like a lot of effort was put into it.

After looking at the navigation inside the site, I suggest putting a text link to the home page in your navigation. Some visitors don't realize that they can click the top banner and can go home immediately.

The news page needs some "headlining." A great outline for news articles goes something like this: Title of the article in bold, date of the posting either to the left or directly below (
tag does the job), a description below the title, and a link to link that reads "click here for full article." The method of headlining is great for visitors, since it points out the main subject and also the validity of the post. Old articles posted three months ago usually aren't valid anymore, so it could be irrelevant to the visitor.

The home page is nicely done. I like how it will take a visitor immediately to where he/she wants to go. The layout is perfect, and your color scheme holds throughout your site.

The links that point to everywhere else at NSU are confusing, however, since I can't determine whether they are part of YOUR site, or other NSU sites, so I kept clicking on them. I suggest moving them to a less noticeable position, or make the vertical navigation with links to YOUR site more obvious.
