Is your site recently redesigned or are you looking for ideas before redesigning?

To be blunt, the site does not look very professional. The 3D logo is outdated in appearance. The more timeless logos these days are actually flat, not 3D or embossed. A new logo alone would help your site.

The watermark of the logo is also cheesy - I would try to expand the main part of the page and not have the watermark at all.

There are so many colors it's almost nauseating. I would stick to more closely connected colors - try some of the free color help websites out there to come up with a theme.

Try left-justifying your text on the homepage and make it smaller. Stick to one font for your information - it looks like you have many throughout your pages.

If the website looks cheap, people will think the service offered is also cheap, so be careful about the impression you give with your site design.
