Well this is just my little blog/journal I redesigned in the past couple of weeks. It's not perfectly validated but should work fine in every browser. Just wondering if anyone has any comments on the design, layout, content, whatever you want to say I want to hear it. Thanks very much.

I like your layout and overall design. Your main content is up front. Personally. I do not like your background, it will cause a negative reaction from people that is why they paint fire engines in lime green. Much success.

Yeah, I used to have a blue checker pattern, but also like this color because of its "leafyness". I may break up the color with some pattern. I also plan on having multiple styles that users can choose, so that may help. Thanks for the input.
