Default Please review CleanPeers.com

Hi,
I own a small janitorial service and recently started an online Ezine for other small service biz owners. Would appreciate some honest opinions on how the site appears.

IE 1024x768+ alienates 35% of your visitor who don't use IE and/or have 800 width screen resolution. (It does work in other browsers too).

It's a little confused and confusing. The scolling panel, marquee text and I frame all extra work for visitors. The back of the head shot suggest this is a joke site.

You 'huggy' logo (which needs anti alasing) suggests you site is something else. You need a clear strap line statement like "The ezine for the US office cleaning industry" - or whatever. In you post you mention "janitorial service", if you hadn't stated this, I would have been hard pushed to see what the site was about.

The scroll bar coloring has removed the contrast and makes it hard to detect that it is a scroll bar.

That said, this is potentially a great site, serving a niche that may not yet have been exploited.

BTW if window cleaners clean windows, what do "global cleaners" clean?

Wow a lot to look at. The moving text went to fast for me to really concentrate on. Why the back of the head shot? Information seems to not be organized. If I were to come there I don't think that I would stay long for me it was to confusing. I know that when you look at it you will see it differently as you care familiar with all the information that is there.
Wish you success in your business though.
Regards, Suzan

Default drop the website design bit

Having website design in your side bar drags your site into the realm of a link farm.
focus on cleaning
