I would be more than happy to review your site, but we need a URL...

I checked your profile and I assume you want us to review www.jackit.com...

Everything seems fine, however the navigation is confusing. When I first visit, I was unable to find your products. The home page has "top picks" and "new products" but it doesn't have any way to get to some sort of product categories.

I then finally found the fold-down navigation on the left, and I could find your products. I suggest devising a new way for the navigation, one that is also more obvious. Three folders can confuse visitors, and they might leave just because of that. You need a better way to access products (the easier it is for visitors, the faster they can become customers!).

The layout is great, and it's also clean. It gives a good look to your site. Hope this helps...

Default www.jackit.com

Yes the url is www.jackit.com. We actually ahve been researching new java script menus and have found a great one at www.likno.com that will probably work better, but thanks for that advice because I was kind of unsure about our menu too. Any other input would be great!
Thanks!

Default cool but confusing

I still couldn't find the fold-down navigation on the left, even knowing it's there. Where is it?

I'd also put the "resources" into the left nav bar and use the prime real estate for featuring products. Right now the "resources" box is kind of a grab bag, like you're trying to do site navigation with it.

Default New Menu!

I just created a brand new menu, do you see it now? Actually I was just discussing that with our other web designer, the Resources thing being at the top that is. Tell me what you think of the new menu please! It should be way easier to notice. Thanks!
