Default Please help - business networking website.

I am in charge of the Business Opportunities For Texans at San Anonio (B.O.T.S.) web site. http://www.ManJonStudios.com/BOTS I have been making changes and additions to it since this time last year. It has gone through 3 design changes in that time. I would like get some feedback on what it would take to make the site more inviting. There are two purposes for this site. 1 to promote the monthly lucheon we host and 2 to offer businesses an online enviornment in which they can network with other businesses. Am I on the right path here, what can be done. I appreciate your time in reviewing this site.

Appearance is very clean, although I keep trying to click on the arrowed portions below the 3 flash sets as they are begging to be clicked on!

Very nice straight forward appearance though.

Default I can't find your offer on

I can't find your offer on the homepage. It needs to be in the top of the page, so that it's visible on a 800X600 monitor. Also, not putting it closer to the top makes it appear less important, when really it's the whole point of the page.

And worse, like the last poster, I couldn't find where to click to sign up! There's no link in the place where it says to register!

The homepage also took too long to download.

Otherwise, quite attractive--I'd think the cool kids join this club...

best of luck...

please check out my site...
