Looks a bit cheesy if you want my honest opinion but it gets the sales message across I guess. Lots of folk (like me) will think the name is something to do with Merrill Lynch and perhaps be disappointed when they see what it is actually about?

There's no logo, which doesn't inspire confidence.

The copy is a little headache-inducing, with all the highlighting and different colored fonts. I think most people will hit the back button fast.

Meanwhile, the gray doesn't agree with all the other different colors on the page. The colors in the picture add to the over-colorfulness.

I also agree with the last poster that you may have a trademark confusion issue with Merrill Lynch.

I'm sorry, but it doesn't look very professional. It DOES look like one big ad.

Have it expand across all resolutions (i.e. liquid layout). Work on a color scheme. There were some great resources posted on another thread such as:

You just have too many colors - sensory overload.

The picture on the homepage is grainy - need to replace that and put something sharp and eye-catching in there. And maybe add some CURVE somewhere? It just looks kinda boxy and plain.
