Default Another day, another mag - pmdnet.com

Hello.
It's been awhile since I've posted here.

Here goes:

Physician's Money Digest: pmdnet.com - just launched.

Might be loading a bit slow right now - server issues.

The site is redesigned from scratch, the old one was too outdated and I wanted to replace ASP with ColdFusion.
Anyway - let me know what you think.

Thank you!

Found snapshots of what it looked like before.

Compare:

PMD in 1999

PMD in 2003

New PMD

Default yes

looks good in Firefox and IE
quick after first page. (which isnt that slow)
Initial i thought the background was too grey and that it should be whiter but after a while i found the greys restful.
Styleistically more like solid Midwest newspaper then modern pharmacuetical packageing. ( good seeing the subject matter.)
The menu could maybe be a little clearer.

Node,
Interesting point.
Could you please elaborate "modern pharmaceutical packaging" concept?
