I like your site but I have several comments to make.
1. Your visitor should be made aware of who and what you are immediately... I did not realize the building was for hire until I read the nav buttons... your introductory text gives a brief background of the building but does not state it is for rent... most people are going to read the text first, then look to navigation.
2. I personally do not like welcome... as I feel it is more suited to a personal rather than business site.
3. you text is difficult to read... the color is not readily distinguishable against that pale blue background, and the size is too small... I would suggest that you use a 10 point font... it is more easily readable.
4. I agree about the alt tags... should be on every photo... and not using your keywords - a description of the photo (although if you could get some keywords in there, it would be good.)
5. This is just a personal issue with me - I prefer to see a site such as yours (one that is not flexible to encompass every resolution) centered... I always feel that a site in 1024x768 that is left justified looks a bit askew (I'm aware that it is centered in 800x600
Otherwise look good... navigates easily and you information about the property is very good..
