Looks decent. A bit "template-looking" though. I'm assuming you installed some sort of PHP news system?

Try adding a few stock photos, graphics, etc. here and there to spice it up a bit.

You've got the content, and it's not TOO overwhelming, so good job!

You may want to work on some of your grammar though:

"I've learn a lot from this site" should be "I've learned a lot from this site"

and "Accepting credit card payment?" should be "Accepting credit card payments?"

I have to agree with webzyne. The site looks ok, but does look like it has come from a template. I'm also not to keen on the use of frames as I feel it is a little unnecessary in this case, and the downfalls with search engines far outweigh the benefits that the use of frames on this site gives you.

Overall though a nice clear design, it just needs a little pazazz***
