Review this site please

Hello every one, I earlier posted in main thread that i am not able to go through the checks which were posted in other threads before i submit my site for review. With the help from one of the member i was able to troubleshoot the problem and went through the review.

I will appreciate any feedback on my site. My site is indexed in google but for some reason home page is not indexed.
