Default http://www.t-gone.com

I would certainly apreciate some help here. The site has been up for quite some time but was redesigned with a view to boost traffic and get listed higher in the serps.

This has been achieved now and I want to pay attention to increasing the conversion rate of sale which is too low, particularly in the US.

My main areas of concern are:

1] I sell homeopathic products. (Homeopathy is not popular in the US)

2] The products are aimed at relieving a condition known as tinnitus and there is a lot of skepticism as to whether they will indeed work. (They do)

Any help or suggestions welcomed. Please feel free to contact me direct at johnATt-gone.com (replace AT with@)or you can PM me.

Default t-gone site

John,
My first impression on visiting your site is that there is just too much information all at once. I literally didn't know what to click on or what to expect when I scrolled down the page. I found this a bit off-putting. Also, if you are thinking of altering the layout, I think you need a bit more space and 'definition' between you columns as they almost run into each other at the moment
I know next to nothing about web design or authoring so ignore my opinions if you like - I don't take offence easily. My sign-on name comes from what my missus calls me (little, bald, fat, b@@~##).
Regards
lbfb

lbfb, I think your signon name is hilarious! Thanks for the comments, ease of use is indeed something we will be looking at.
