You've obviously spent some time on this site, but to be search engine friendly you need to remove all those frames.

I don't think I've ever been on a site with so many frames. Also once the frames are removed it will make viewing the site tolerable on a smaller monitor (800x600), and a lot easier to read through the content.

Also you can optimize each page seperately once the frames are gone, and draw in more visitors from search engines.

Default English a little stilted at points.

I'm not sure what you mean by "a nice websites portal". It's not good colloquial English. I'd call it something like "recommended websites" or "excellent websites" or "my favorites on the web". Also "Would you like..." is better English than "Maybe you would like..."

I agree about the frames. Clicking on "Site of the Week" and not having the left hand frame change the way it does when you click on other buttons is confusing.

Also, the text in the frames is tiny and hard to read.

On the plus side, your explanation of why you started the site is excellent. Very clear and pleasantly written. I'd put part of it right on your home page (where the frames are!!!), so that it's more clear what the site is about.
