Please review our existing Web site www.ImagineMN.com . I have been debating whether to redesign our site or not. I am looking for people's opinion(s) on what is good or bad in this current design/layout. Some areas are a little weak in content and we are working hard to correct that so I am open to any suggestions you are willing to share.

We have been so busy with our client sites that we have forgotten about our own. So it’s time to invest the time and energy on our site and I am looking for unbiased opinions.

I feel the design is just fine.
The one problem I have is the loading of the top image. It must be huge because I have High speed internet and it took me about 10 seconds to show so a 56k dialup user will have to wait quite a while.
Sometimes we must sacrifice quality for speed.
