Just had a quick look,
all looks good,
but the graphics on the front page look v weird indeed, dont know what up but its weird!
No meta keyword's and no alts on the graphics I looked at,
but nice, quick to load and easy to navigate

The layout is OK but I agree on the graphics. The filters that have been applied to the photos look strange, almost like the people in the photos are wearing masks. I'd stick with better resolution photos.

Your navigation from page to page is really easy to use. The only problem I found is the link to the Events page is broken.

First, its a great effort, nice site overall. Now lets tear it apart a bit. ;)

So if I am a potential student who might come to your school this site doesn't interest me. It lacks life. The main "image" is a letter with a grey background.

Some suggestions:
Focus on great pictures of student and testimonials.
Bios on where they have been, where they are, inspirational stuff.
Make them prominent throughout the site.

Change the colors to represent the students. Vibrant, Spiritual, Christian leaders.
Blue, Orange, Green...not grey.
This site is a good example of "look".

I would change the navigation. I like the drop down choices but the nav buttons themselves are too small, too close together, not descriptive enough even.
News? Information? Maybe expand the nav to be more descriptive. News is not as valuable as
"can't miss events"

Consider emphasizing that you have two programs. Traditional classes and the CALL program which is very interesting.

Overall I think you could really spice up the colors, the layout of information, and the content.

I greatly respect your desire to improve. I hope my personal opinions spark new ideas for ever improving your site. I come across critical but being wishy washy doesn't serve you any. Feel free to rip my sites apart, some of which are listed in my signature. Best of luck.
